Privacy Policy

Nanjing Heyback Technology Co., Ltd. operates AI Talking Pet. Contact zhuxuanyu0922@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Media you choose

Photos selected for editing stay on your device until you use a feature that uploads them. When you generate a video, our server receives the photo and editing inputs needed for that operation, which can include a prompt, recording, audio and reference video. Photos may contain faces and other personal information. Local face markers help animate the selected pet; they are not used by us to identify people.

AI processing and other service providers

AI video generation uses MiniMax, a third-party AI processor. After you agree to AI processing, our server sends the photo, prompt and reference media required by the model. Audio may be processed on our server to add a soundtrack. MiniMax processes submitted media under its applicable service and privacy terms; this policy does not promise that a third party immediately deletes inputs or never uses data for training. Do not upload sensitive media or content you do not have permission to use.

Firebase supports parent-managed Apple/Google authentication and, on Android, email/password accounts with email verification. We do not use third-party behavioral analytics or advertising identifiers. RevenueCat helps verify App Store and Google Play subscriptions. Apple or Google processes payments; we do not receive your full payment-card details.

Accounts, purchases and activity

We receive account identifiers and, when provided by your sign-in provider, your email, display name and profile image. We record subscription products, periods, test versus production environment, transactions and video-second usage. Updated app versions send first-party usage events to our own server, including app openings, page views, button clicks, selection actions, generation outcomes and subscription interactions. Events include a random session identifier, an app-local random installation identifier, device brand/model, operating system version, app version/build, screen dimensions, physical-device status and time. Our server also records the connection IP address (which may be a shared network or VPN address). These records are used for first-party usage analysis and troubleshooting, not cross-app advertising. Events are associated with the existing guest or signed-in service account. These events do not contain photo or audio content, prompts, passwords or advertising identifiers. We use them to measure aggregate visits, improve product flows and troubleshoot failures. Server request logs record the route, response status and processing time, without request bodies, tokens or query strings. Necessary operational records can be linked to the parent-managed account for service operation and troubleshooting. We do not use this data for cross-app advertising tracking.

Storage and deletion

Uploaded media and server-generated results are stored for your account and are not automatically erased immediately after generation. Local drafts and exports may remain on your device. You can delete individual creations or request account deletion in Profile. Account deletion removes personal account details, uploaded media and creations from our active application storage and disables sessions. Subscription and transaction records, including the associated RevenueCat customer record, are retained for payment disputes, accounting and fraud prevention. Account deletion does not erase these billing records. Provider-side erasure and backup removal may require additional processing; contact us for the status of a privacy request. Copies you saved to Photos or shared to another service are controlled separately.

Your choices

You can browse as a guest, cancel AI processing before upload, control camera/microphone/photo permissions in device Settings, and request access or deletion using Profile or our support email. Deleting an account does not cancel store billing; manage subscriptions in your Apple account or Google Play account, depending on where you subscribed.

Children and international processing

Children can explore and edit locally. Older app versions include a grown-up arithmetic gate; newer versions do not. Store purchase confirmation and explicit AI processing permission remain required. Parents should manage the account and approve any media sent for cloud processing; a gate is not a guarantee of a person’s age. Do not submit children’s faces, voices or other personal information to AI processing. If you believe a child has provided personal data without appropriate permission, contact us. Our providers may process data outside your country. Contact us for questions about the processing of your data.
